Byron Bay Day Trip and Indigenous Experience
Experience the real Byron Bay with this breath taking walk and learn about the Indigenous Arakwal people.
Departing from Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast and arriving in Byron Bay, experience an Indigenous welcome to Cape Byron. Take in the sights and the sounds of the headland, The Pass and Watego’s beach. Spot dolphins, turtles and stingrays from above and watch whales during their migration season (June – October). After exploring the headland we will walk along the beach to Byron town centre for shopping and great local produce. Lunch is also included – at the famous Railway Hotel!
In the afternoon you have the option to visit the iconic The Farm – great if you want to get up and close to some baby animals, sit in the cafe or wander the grounds. Alternatively, for a more adventurous afternoon surf lessons or Kayak adventures are available for only $69 per person.
Tours leave Surfers Paradise at 7:30 am and Broadbeach shortly after. Byron Bay departure time back to the Gold Coast is 4pm.
